My Wish

I can paint the world
With colors,
And words,
And images,
Turn the gray
Into a bright, vibrant landscape.
Illuminate the darkness
Create a beautiful world
With my mind.

I would be satisfied
If I could make
Just one square inch of the earth
Exquisite,
Breath-taking,
Serene.

One day,
A gust of calamity shall sweep across the earth.
Each creation will be seen in it's true light.

I wish to create beautiful things
Though it may be sad
Driven by anger,
Or despair,
It is also driven by
Passion,
Love,
And a never-dying hope
For tomorrow.
