Shoot for your dreams,
here, and everywhere.
There are always alternatives,
Caramelized lies.
(Your voice still bounces off the walls,
empty, nothing but cold broken pieces.)
The last pale light:
Desolation comes upon the sky.
They don't know everything, either.
Eaten by a dream,
I'm so messed up
(but that doesn't mean I don't care).
I spent all my happiness on the edge of nowhere.

It's been a long time since I wrote a Title Poetry. I've been collecting interesting titles recently, and finally found the motivation to use them. 
So, this piece was written for WorldWar-Tori's Title Poetry Contest.
Brackets were added twice; once in a title.
